WindMass is currently targeting garden style multifamily properties that can be either repositioned or redeveloped to achieve superior risk-adjusted returns. WindMass seeks properties with residual value enhancement potential through creative and aggressive asset management, including capital improvements, lease-up and operating efficiencies that have caused the property to under-perform or implement a redevelopment strategy.
WindMass will also consider student-housing, multi-tenant retail and office properties, self-storage, along with single-tenant assets.

Targeted Markets: Properties located in primary and larger secondary markets with strong population, job growth and entertainment hubs throughout Texas.
